I am the owner of a trucking company I am the owner of a trucking company, I have loans from other banks but the worst bank is this one, there is a grace period of 5 days and they also charge 15 dollars, on top of it,the payment goes on the 1st day of month and the manager of the bank is RIto Ortiz charges a late fee on the 5th which means the grace period is only 4 days, the entire staff is rude they don’t know how to speak with respect,This is a bank of thieves

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Paid off our commercial vehicle this morning. 3% charge on outstanding balance and $250.00 pre payment penalty. $1,000.00 in additional fees for being a great customer. Thanks, but we wont be using you again.

shady fees When they put my insurance info in their system they put the wrong year for the expiration and after a couple months started charging me for their insurance without warning. After 10 months of payment I called for a payoff and it was more than I originally financed mostly because of a $4,000 early termination fee. The dealer Im working with now says they quit using engs because of shady things they do with fees and stuff. I recommend using a reputable company for financing.

this company does nothing but spam… this company does nothing but spam people. I keep getting emails from them despite numerous requests to stop contact. I have no need or interest in their services. nor did i sign up for their e-mails in the first place. Legally in Canada they are required to have an unsubscribe option in their email marketing and they do not. Don't contact this company unless you want to be spammed. 01/02/2021 received an e-mail from TWillis.@.engsfinance.com subject "Hyundai WIA Financial Services - February 2021's Finance Promotion" with no unsubscribe link, and employee has not replied to multiple emails where I have asked to stop being emailed. Signature: "Ty Willis Business Development Manager Industrial Division" Not good business development.

We are a startup company We are a startup company! We were able to get financed for new dump truck with very little documentation. We contacted several financial institutions by phone and receive same response each time (we do not finance startup companies). Very pleased with the results.
