GBWon’t stop calling me even after request. I have asked them to stop calling (harassing) me. I feel their advertising was bait and switch. I block their phone number then they call from another one over and over again.

GBI have been trying for days I have been trying for days, during their posted business hours, to reach an associate. I need to cancel our policy and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, always a recording. Their customer service is horrible. They continue to take my money and won’t answer the phone! How am I supposed to cancel this?

GBAs a former employee As a former employee, it’s easy to say my review is biased, but it’s simply fact. Ive watched new leadership come in and systematically destroy this company. 0 empathy for employees. Just witnessed a massive layoff of employees and management with immediate termination of benefits and no recourse for questions or next steps. How can you trust a company to protect your assets when they care so little about protecting their own people. Current sales VP previously embezzled millions and is on the war path yet again. Some will say that’s just business, but I know criminals when I see them.
