Ive watched new leadership come in and systematically destroy this company. 0 empathy for employees. Just witnessed a massive layoff of employees and management with immediate termination of benefits and no recourse for questions or next steps. How can you trust a company to protect your assets when they care so little about protecting their own people. Current sales VP previously embezzled millions and is on the war path yet again. Some will say that’s just business, but I know criminals when I see them.

I paid for insurance I never received I have had three Eversurance agents working with me and only one of them every ever responded to emails or phone messages, although even she didn't resolve my problem. My plan was supposed to start on 1/1 but it was never activated. They had no problem taking my money, but my daughter and I have not had coverage for three weeks. Thank God I didn't have an accident because my family would have had to pay for it out of pocket.
