GBVery displeased Very displeased. I bought the best warranty package. It started with the company dragging their feet for two weeks due to maintenance records. Then they went to wanting copy's of the receipts. Once they were produced, they sent out an inspector for him to inspect the claim. Then him not knowing anything about the truck he (assumed) it had bigger tires then what was on it. Mind you a factory set of tires are on it. Now because of some yahoos (opinion) they are not going to cover damages. $6k out of pocket to get the truck back, now I going to hire an attorney.

GBDO NOT USE REVOLOS EVER!!!! This company is not even a joke. They are literally SCAM ARTIST'S. I have a cover EVERYTHING (diamond coverage) plan, nearly $4000 for 3 years unlimited miles. I had a major failure and all they do is deny with no real foundation or explanation on why. if you really want to give your money away, I'll send you my cash app tag. You should screenshot this review and post it to your social media so we can shut these SCAM artist down permanently.

GBAfter almost a year of paying premiums After almost a year of paying premiums, my car developed a brake line leak. The repair cost almost $500 and Warranty Direct paid nothing!! What good is insurance if its goal is to collect premiums and not pay for repairs?!? Maybe instead of a warranty I should have purchased stock!!

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. We had all the right documents and they refused service. Now me and my family is out of thousands!!!! They don’t communicate they have shady customer service. I’m still fighting this cuz money isn’t the issue it’s the principle and what’s right. I think you have have to find them under protective life insurance after doing more research

GBWon’t fix dangerous, covered defect My travel trailer has a defective axle which is causing the tires to bow in, creating a dangerous situation. Axle problems are clearly covered in the warranty I have, but my claim has been denied because the ‘axle hasn’t yet failed’. Perhaps if I continue to use the trailer and the axle fails causing a major accident, the claim would be considered? Terrible company!
