I'll start with this would be zero… I'll start with this would be zero stars if I had the option. Second claim now after the first one covered absolutely nothing. Several issues with my rv including hot water heater not working, bad rail in a slide out and some septic/ black tank issues. $100 deductible and they covered $102 worth of the hot water heater problem and said the rest is maintenance... So long story short I paid 4k+ for a warranty that has now covered 2 dollars. PLEASE AND I MEAN PLEASE if you want to set fire to your money buy this warranty.

I feel completely CHEATED I feel completely cheated after purchasing this after-market warranty. The first mechanic I took my car too would not accept my car under Warranty Direct because they "have too much trouble getting them to pay out" and they were right! My car was finally accepted at a local Subaru dealership and they found three items that needed repair. The most important repair needed was an oil pump which the warranty should have covered. Warranty Direct would not pay any of the repair costs and the dealership mechanic told me they have a million clever excuses to get around paying these claims. My advise, is save your money for the full cost of repairs instead of handing it to this company.

Their customer service is a joke Their customer service is a joke! I purchased their GAP coverage three years ago when I bought my car. I was just in an accident and put in a claim and they came back saying their is no payable benefit for my claim. Which the difference from what I owed and what my insurance covered was about $2,200. They gave me some stupid breakdown that doesn’t even make sense and I haven’t been able to reach them since.

Waste of money Waste of money! I extended my vehicle loan 3 months due to being out of work because of the corona virus. After this I was involved in an accident, the vehicle was totaled, my insurance paid out the estimated value of my car, but because I extended my loan, my gap coverage was denied stating if I made my payments on time the vehicle would have been paid off with the remainder of what was left on the loan. Bad business, not sure what I paid for if anything.

Worst warranty company out there This company will do anything they can to deny illegitimate claims. We have diamond coverage on our camper and had a broken / defective part that caused a major water leak and we were not able to use the water at all until the repairs were done (which were done after hours and therefore, could not get it "pre-approved"
