They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!

June Delgadillo is my adjuster and asked me to gather the police and fire department reports since my car caught fire she CLAIMS she asked for it but has yet to receive it in 2 plus months I got them in 2 weeks. I am fed up with this insurance company and I plan to find another company once my claim is resolved. Two times this week I've left June and her boss Shana msg to call me telling them I have the reports and guess what they haven't called me back. They take my monthly payment but lag on paying my car and giving me the remaining money. This company is horrible please someone in corporate help me.

Shady/questionable practices I had an accident in which the vehicle was a total loss, I suffered a broken vertebra. Infinity denied me coverage based on a technicality that was NOT in my policy. The adjuster, Shana L., refused to disclose how she made the decision, and no appeals process was made available to me. Infinity did not even offer to have a second person look at my claim. I have to pay more than $30K (including car payments and medical costs) for my accident. It is absolutely shameful how they conduct business with such utter contempt for transparency or honesty.

My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance… My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever heard of. Currently my wife’s car is at the body shop and the owner is holding onto it because xfinity sent a check that expired and the new check that he’s expecting is constantly promised to be mailed out tomorrow. It has been two months. No one returns my calls. I think she would’ve been better off being hit by someone who has the General Insurance.
