The WORST insurance ever The WORST insurance ever. They dont deserve not even a star. They are very unprofessional and the employees act as if the money is out of their pocket to pay for claims. Even if is under 10 thousand which is the law they refuse to pay for any damages cause by their client. The office at Doral needs better business bureau up in there and get rid of the adjusters they are Bozo.

I had a car accident on November 13 I had a car accident on November 13, 2020. Finally, after a month waiting for an answer Infinity insurance assigned an adjuster: Salomon Krenshaw, I have been calling him for 2 weeks, I have been leaving voice mails, but he never calls me back. Nobody in the claims department can’t help me, only the adjuster that never returns my calls. I know that my car is total loss, I need to find a solution. I need help, PLEASE.

My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance… My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever heard of. Currently my wife’s car is at the body shop and the owner is holding onto it because xfinity sent a check that expired and the new check that he’s expecting is constantly promised to be mailed out tomorrow. It has been two months. No one returns my calls. I think she would’ve been better off being hit by someone who has the General Insurance.

NO communication. RUDE not to return calls. MY son who is insured on my policy was in an accident with an Infinity customer on 07/22/2020. Their customer was at fault and my son is injured. We have heard absolutely nothing from Infinity at all and neither has our insurance company despite numerous attempts on both my part via voice mail to the adjuster and her supervisor and my insurance carrier has left messages and sent emails. Maybe an attorney would have better luck???? They suck.

Horrible Customer Service Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.
