GBHorrible Customer Service Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.

GBThis insurance is a scam This insurance is a scam, they won't answer the phone anymore, their adjuster tries to bully you, and you don't comply they stop answering. First on only time I talk to prince the adjuster and he was a mess saying he was going to get fired if I didn't release the car to them, what a joke for an employee but I guess that's their tactics. Lawsuit is coming up. Don't get this insurance.

GBI really wish it would let you put a 0 I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!

GBShady/questionable practices I had an accident in which the vehicle was a total loss, I suffered a broken vertebra. Infinity denied me coverage based on a technicality that was NOT in my policy. The adjuster, Shana L., refused to disclose how she made the decision, and no appeals process was made available to me. Infinity did not even offer to have a second person look at my claim. I have to pay more than $30K (including car payments and medical costs) for my accident. It is absolutely shameful how they conduct business with such utter contempt for transparency or honesty.

GBMy wife’s friend has xfinity insurance… My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever heard of. Currently my wife’s car is at the body shop and the owner is holding onto it because xfinity sent a check that expired and the new check that he’s expecting is constantly promised to be mailed out tomorrow. It has been two months. No one returns my calls. I think she would’ve been better off being hit by someone who has the General Insurance.
