FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. IM HAVING 100 PEOPLE REPORT THEM TO THE BUREAU OF BAD BUSINESS. BOYCOTT THEM AND PUT SIGNS UP ON POLES EVERYWHERE TO CANCEL THEIR BUSINESS. This insurance company is a bunch of…CROOKS This insurance company is a bunch of crooks. My sisters car was parked in front of her apartment the guy that had infinity insurance ran into it and his insurance isn’t even talking to my sister who by the way is in the hospital now. No she wasn’t in the car when it was wrecked. They just will not do their job! My sister needs to go to dialysis three times a week and they have to call a cab because infinity refuses to pay for the rental of a car or any car while their other car is not being repaired because they’re not doing that either do not use this insurance company!!!

The WORST insurance ever The WORST insurance ever. They dont deserve not even a star. They are very unprofessional and the employees act as if the money is out of their pocket to pay for claims. Even if is under 10 thousand which is the law they refuse to pay for any damages cause by their client. The office at Doral needs better business bureau up in there and get rid of the adjusters they are Bozo.

I really wish it would let you put a 0 I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!

Involved in an automobile accident the… Involved in an automobile accident the other person received the ticket for sideswiped me. Now Infinity claims I’m 10% liable. Asked why, no direct answer. The repair shop received payment 2 months afterwards and I had to pay a separate repair that wasn’t covered which should have called me before fixing it.It’s all a big scam. I’m reporting it to the Insurance Commision. Oh, Infinity still owes me reimbursement for my rental.
