Exceptional Customer Service And that's my reason for choosing Optimus after much research and demo accounts at several firms. Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him. The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.

New FCM review New to the broker. Great service so far and really like them. No complaints and I really enjoy learning the platform. Great videos that explain the platform and concepts. Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team. I'm still dialing in my tools, but coming coming from TDA TOS full time...wow the details here at Optimus are so THOUGHTFUL. You can tell this firm was started by a trader and made for traders. Haven't met the founder but from everyone else I've interacted this company certainly has strong roots a future with some serious igniting volume.

Great customer service, affordable service Answered all my questions, speedy delivery of account. Friendly and cordial customer service. Also very affordable. They don't have monthly costs for their service, only the data feed to cme. My only con is they don't offer multiple well known platforms. I would've loved to be able to use tradovate for example but they don't offer it.

A client for over a year now Their platform OptimusFLOW is free and excellent for chart traders. They accept feedback from traders for ways they can improve their platform which is awesome and their customer service is very good. If you want cheap commissions and an awesome trading platform go with Optimus Futures!

There margin fee is way too high There margin fee is way too high. What I remember it was $600. I started with $1000 account knowing that I only need to have $100 to get it started but when you’re trading around it’s not clear that the margin is $600 and from shopping around at other brokerage $600 is way too high. AMP is way better. what type of brokerage owner charges $600 to margin? A POS… especially to traders that are looking to Optimus because they have small accounts.
