The platform works as it should work. The platform works as it should work. Great support from Jake. I use it in combination with ATAS. Only negative point: if ATAS fails I have no direct access to the Optimus software as a backup (ex. for closing an open position).

I think it would be a big plus if a user could simply see his data subscriptions in the app and cancel them and/ or subscribe to new data with a few clicks. Besides that five star experience so far.

Good platform with good customer service Mainly use their OptimusFlow trading platform. Overall good user experience and is updated fairly regular. Been using it for roughly a year now and have not experience any major issues. They do provide some additional services like journal, news stuff, etc. Only use journal and this adequate. Customer service is overall quick and knowledgeable.

There margin fee is way too high There margin fee is way too high. What I remember it was $600. I started with $1000 account knowing that I only need to have $100 to get it started but when you’re trading around it’s not clear that the margin is $600 and from shopping around at other brokerage $600 is way too high. AMP is way better. what type of brokerage owner charges $600 to margin? A POS… especially to traders that are looking to Optimus because they have small accounts.

The best futures broker in the market! The best futures broker I have come across. Wrapping up the customer, honoring even small accounts, and Jake and Matt provide customer service beyond all expectations. The answers to every question are very detailed, and every problem is solved within a few minutes (not that I had any problems, more technical questions). I am very glad I found them and recommend every futures trader to try them. Thanks Jake, Matt and the entire Optimus team for a great trading experience!
