The platform works as it should work. The platform works as it should work. Great support from Jake. I use it in combination with ATAS. Only negative point: if ATAS fails I have no direct access to the Optimus software as a backup (ex. for closing an open position).

Exceptional Customer Service And that's my reason for choosing Optimus after much research and demo accounts at several firms. Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him. The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.

Just a great company Optimus customer service is just awesome. Jake and the team take great care of their customers. Platform is reliable. The daily max stop loss is a great feature that not much brokers offers. I would love to see a mobile app and the ability to create stops and TPs strategies. Thanks guys!!

New FCM review New to the broker. Great service so far and really like them. No complaints and I really enjoy learning the platform. Great videos that explain the platform and concepts. Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team. I'm still dialing in my tools, but coming coming from TDA TOS full time...wow the details here at Optimus are so THOUGHTFUL. You can tell this firm was started by a trader and made for traders. Great customer service, affordable service Answered all my questions, speedy delivery of account. Friendly and cordial customer service. Also very affordable. They don't have monthly costs for their service, only the data feed to cme. My only con is they don't offer multiple well known platforms. I would've loved to be able to use tradovate for example but they don't offer it.
