Great customer service, affordable service Answered all my questions, speedy delivery of account. Friendly and cordial customer service. Also very affordable. They don't have monthly costs for their service, only the data feed to cme. My only con is they don't offer multiple well known platforms. I would've loved to be able to use tradovate for example but they don't offer it.

I have TOS as an additional platform I have TOS as an additional platform. It is constantly evolving, not because of those in charge, but because thousands of users are able to create, modify and tweak the platform via the programming language. There are a number of adaptations I would like to import to Optimus Futures, but after spend considerable time working on it, I find it too difficult to do. With TOS, copy and paste is just that simple - copy and paste. I find this to be a weakness in the platform and hope it can be fixed in the future.

Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team. I'm still dialing in my tools, but coming coming from TDA TOS full time...wow the details here at Optimus are so THOUGHTFUL. You can tell this firm was started by a trader and made for traders. Haven't met the founder but from everyone else I've interacted this company certainly has strong roots a future with some serious igniting volume.

Rock Solid Exceptional support and a rock solid connection has been my experience. I evaluated Optimus Futures against some larger competitors and the competitors suffered from constant connection and latency issues. The tools offered from Optimus Futures and supporting documentation are also very well done. I've been able to switch to the provided journaling tool which was an another additional cost savings.

New to futures , not to trading I moved over to trading futures from think or swim. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed as far as data subscriptions and order routing. I spoke with Jake at Optimus futures, he explained everything to me and what setup would be appropriate for me. It really is kinda tailored to your specific needs.
