GBJust a great company Optimus customer service is just awesome. Jake and the team take great care of their customers. Platform is reliable. The daily max stop loss is a great feature that not much brokers offers. I would love to see a mobile app and the ability to create stops and TPs strategies. Thanks guys!!

GBRock Solid Exceptional support and a rock solid connection has been my experience. I evaluated Optimus Futures against some larger competitors and the competitors suffered from constant connection and latency issues. The tools offered from Optimus Futures and supporting documentation are also very well done. I've been able to switch to the provided journaling tool which was an another additional cost savings.

GBGreat Company, Amazing Team Optimus futures is one of the best companies in the sea of brokerages. They have a great platform and reasonable rates, but the thing that makes the biggest difference is the team and the level of support they provide. The team over at Optimus is top notch. They not only help you get started with great guides and videos, but they are also responsive over email and seem to genuinely want to help. I had a great experience and I would recommend this brokerage to anyone and everyone.

ATThe platform works as it should work. The platform works as it should work. Great support from Jake. I use it in combination with ATAS. Only negative point: if ATAS fails I have no direct access to the Optimus software as a backup (ex. for closing an open position).

GBI have TOS as an additional platform I have TOS as an additional platform. It is constantly evolving, not because of those in charge, but because thousands of users are able to create, modify and tweak the platform via the programming language. There are a number of adaptations I would like to import to Optimus Futures, but after spend considerable time working on it, I find it too difficult to do. With TOS, copy and paste is just that simple - copy and paste. I find this to be a weakness in the platform and hope it can be fixed in the future.
