GBIf I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do. They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!

GBAll the important boxes check Great customer service, cheap fees, the platform is spartan but usable. Looking forward to a long relationship with this great broker. Also opened an account with ninjatrader at the same time, i love the platform but hate that broker. Ironbeam all the way for me.

GBHappy new client Overall experience was fine. Had a little snag trying to open an account on a Saturday but the staff was very helpful and everything was resolved the next business day. Some help files (not videos) would be nice in the Getting Started area and also some online help on how to do the basic functions like add volume to a chart, etc. All in all though I think I will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come :) Thanks !
