He did not exude friendliness. When I asked a question about something he said to make sure I heard him correctly, he got snappish. I got off the phone and shook my head and thought “ he must think that since I need a high interest loan that he can speak to me that way”. I did get my money quickly.

Asked to cancel loan within my allotted 3 business days, was told I could not even after copy and paste thier own agreement section, called a second time and of course claimed it late and had to pay interest. Perhaps having customer service support without attitude would help, as he picked up the phone I heard him say “oh god, here we go”.
