I did not need the $ after all so I returned it in less than 5 days and because I did not want to pay for using my debit card I was paying interest on those few days waiting for the money to be transferred from checking. As it was I paid $40 for the "privilege" of not using the money.

A great experience I hope to never need again... While the application process was so quick and easy, the issue I had was when I found myself needing money quickly and desperately there were only 2 loan amounts offered. I needed quite a bit more than $255 but quite a bit less than $2000. I planned to use what I needed then putting what was left back as payment. I can't remember why that didn't work out but I ended up making the lowest payment of $244 every 2 weeks. A couple of times I couldn't make the payment on the due date so I called to delay it for a few days. Customer service was always very helpful, professional and polite. I understand why the interest is so high for people like me who have lost their credit score but the amount I paid back for that $2k loan just blows my mind! Still I'm very thankful RSVP was there when I needed them and the customer service made the experience more positive for being treated well.

Highly recommended RSVP loans is a great option available for those times when extra cash is needed. Online was easy to navigate and quick to respond.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. Asked to cancel loan within my allotted 3 business days, was told I could not even after copy and paste thier own agreement section, called a second time and of course claimed it late and had to pay interest. Perhaps having customer service support without attitude would help, as he picked up the phone I heard him say “oh god, here we go”.

I do not like that payments are as… I do not like that payments are as often as you get paid. payments should be monthly like all other loans. How can a person get ahead of debt if payment is due immediately. this doesn't help those that are in an actually binde who really needs help financially.
