I have tried for two weeks to contact… I have tried for two weeks to contact RSVP to pay off my loan. When their number is dialed it goes to an auto attendant and then disconnects. I also e-mailed them and have not received a reply. They are preventing me from paying off the loan. They’re in for a surprise. I closing my checking account and then opening a different account. Bet they answer the phone then. Do not do business with this company.

Better than PayDay loans Better than PayDay loans, although interest rates are still really expensive. However the loan came through at a crucial time, approval and deposit of funds was fast, so overall I am extremely satisfied. Thank You

Good experience Was in a financially difficult situation, even though the interest rate is crazy high, this company was the only one to help me out.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. Asked to cancel loan within my allotted 3 business days, was told I could not even after copy and paste thier own agreement section, called a second time and of course claimed it late and had to pay interest. Perhaps having customer service support without attitude would help, as he picked up the phone I heard him say “oh god, here we go”.
