Positive purchase online! Yay! I had to email back and forth with Fulidays regarding my order, which was no fault of them. They replied to everything, and understood my confusion. Great company to work with, love my large cat print, and would highly recommend them!

Great product and wonderful customer service! While the site was not the easiest and check out was a bit cumbersome not showing the exact item I made, customer service was terrific. Personal and quick to respond. My products arrived and looked great. But my pillow had a small tear from shipping. I contacted customer service again and quick response with no issues. They prepared and sent out another pillow. Overall, with the products being so wonderful and the great customer service I would shop here again. I will suggest doing what I did and order with plenty of time, as customizing your product will take time.

"no need to knock" doormat… The first "no need to knock" doormat that I received was made of very soft, lightweight fabric (less than 1 pound) that could easily blow away outside and wasn't suitable to wipe shoes, only decorate cold floor. (It also was stuck in China and arrived late.) Although they were reluctant to issue a refund, they certainly get a P for persistance in trying to understand what material I expected in an outdoor mat. 2 months and 20 emails later (partly due to language barriers?) a replacement was sent. It isn't coco coir as I had thought I was ordering in the first place, but it is heavy enough not to blow away and has some sort of woven fibers that don't provide the brushing action of coco coir but might remove some dirt from shoes. The printing wasn't as good on the 2nd one but now my friend can use it outdoors.

This is the 3rd phone case I have… This is the 3rd phone case I have ordered in the last couple of months; two as gifts & one for myself, and I have truly been so impressed with all of them. Also, the professionalism and prompt assistance of the online operator was top notch too!!

I still have yet to receive this late… I still have yet to receive this late birthday present. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. It's been 2 weeks since this was ordered. I did send an email asking when I would receive this and was told it was waiting to be picked by USPS and it would be a few days. Again, you all need to figure out a better shipping process and rate!
