GBGreat customer service Recently, I purchased a doormat and paid $70 when I received it it was not worth $70. I had written for the days customer service and told them of my disappointment. They immediately responded and I am willing to give me half of my purchase price which I feel is very fair. I definitely will order from them again due to their customer service.

FRAmazing customized covers! This is the fourth time I order on Furlidays.com. I had an issue with my previous order (the wrong item was sent to my sister's house, twice), but the customer service at Furlidays was amazing, and finally managed to send me the correct item. This time I ordered 2 customized covers, and they arrived at my house with no issue. It's exactly what I ordered, and the covers look amazing. I can't wait to see my friend's reaction at Christmas! I highly recommend the website. The delivery can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the country) so make sure you order in advance!

GBPositive purchase online! Yay! I had to email back and forth with Fulidays regarding my order, which was no fault of them. They replied to everything, and understood my confusion. Great company to work with, love my large cat print, and would highly recommend them!

GBI still have yet to receive this late… I still have yet to receive this late birthday present. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. It's been 2 weeks since this was ordered. I did send an email asking when I would receive this and was told it was waiting to be picked by USPS and it would be a few days. Again, you all need to figure out a better shipping process and rate!
