The chemical smell is intolerable The chemical smell is intolerable. It filled the room the instant I opened the package. It's so strong, everywhere I put the shoes, the room is inhabitable. These may never be worn. If they are, my vest guess is months for the smell to go away. Unfortunately, no where to put them but outside, to get rid of the smell, that will likely ruin them. I would never purchase shoes from this company again. Other than the merchandise, everything else was fine.

Evidently shipper doesn't have full… They took longer than anticipated to arrive but they seem fine now that I have them. Received 4/27/3023, 3 weeks after ordering. Evidently shipper doesn't have full shipping address and I don't know how to get it to them. Please fix this issue soon so they can ship.

"no need to knock" doormat… The first "no need to knock" doormat that I received was made of very soft, lightweight fabric (less than 1 pound) that could easily blow away outside and wasn't suitable to wipe shoes, only decorate cold floor. (It also was stuck in China and arrived late.) Although they were reluctant to issue a refund, they certainly get a P for persistance in trying to understand what material I expected in an outdoor mat. 2 months and 20 emails later (partly due to language barriers?) a replacement was sent. It isn't coco coir as I had thought I was ordering in the first place, but it is heavy enough not to blow away and has some sort of woven fibers that don't provide the brushing action of coco coir but might remove some dirt from shoes. The printing wasn't as good on the 2nd one but now my friend can use it outdoors.

Great customer service Recently, I purchased a doormat and paid $70 when I received it it was not worth $70. I had written for the days customer service and told them of my disappointment. They immediately responded and I am willing to give me half of my purchase price which I feel is very fair. I definitely will order from them again due to their customer service.

I can’t express how much I love and… I can’t express how much I love and appreciate my canvas. It was so well put together and delivered as promised. I lost my 16 years old dog a couple of weeks ago and this canvas brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for helping me memorialize the love and life of my fur baby gizmo gave me.
