Pharmacy terrible. But fast chew toys? I think it’s great they can deliver chew toys within 24 hrs. But what I really need is a pharmacy to not mess up my dog’s order, blame the vets office, waste 6 days that my dog needs medicine, and NEVER apologize.

Never send a gift to your dog friends from Chewy!! We were sent a number of dog gifts as a present. Unfortunately we didn't need them and called to arrange a return. They won't accept a return back from a gift recipient. You have to call the giver and have them telephone Chewy to arrange the return. I said this sounds too difficult, why won't you accept my gift return? I don't even want the money, send it back to the giver. They said I had to have account access to return the gift. Obviously just a poorly constructed and not well thought out customer service department. I will never buy anything from Chewy.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY HORRIBLE!!! It’s taken them 8 days to process antibiotics for my dog and I’m still waiting. If you need medication and can’t wait 2 weeks, order elsewhere. They don’t care and very politely read from a script with no follow through. I will NOT order meds from them ever again, even if they’re cheaper. Not worth making my sick dog suffer and wait because of their policies of no fax prescriptions or because they are “a little behind” in processing scripts.

NW puppy chew pack from Chewy is dangerous I purchased a package of chew toys sold and promoted by chewy for puppies. The chew toys made of nylon, rubber or combination broke apart within a day of chew time and ended up in my dogs poop. These toys are marketed for chewing and for puppies yet they are not made to withstand chewing from a ten pound Keeshond pup who won’t get much larger than 35lbs. These toys are dangerous for dogs and a company like Chewy shouldn’t be marketing them. I wrote one review to them regarding the yellow teething bone included in this package but was not allowed to submit another review regarding the spoiled football which ended up in my dogs poop. Refunds are not enough, this is a safety issue and Chewy should take the lead to insure it is not selling hazardous toys to pets.

Leader of the pack for Customer Service and Selection I have run a large e-commerce company in the past for 10 years- served on boards of multi-billion dollar companies- and No One manages their customer service as deftly, as personally, or as well, as Chewy. As a long time Chewy customer, we get everything from very specific dog and cat food, to kitty litter from Chewy. They have replaced damaged product, told me to donate dog and cat food to local shelters, and even sent us flowers when our dog tragically died. Chewy started out as an economical decision for high end dog food but has become as much a part of our animal family as they make us feel our pets are part of their family. If you ever had a problem with anything from Chewy, and contacted them, you would feel as we do, just super happy customers. Thanks guys- and I'm sorry we missed your original round of investment.
