Excellent Refinance Loan Service Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.

A smooth and easy process Quinn was pretty incredible to work with. As it was my first time buying a house, no less in the hectic market of late 2021, he was always optimistic, insightful, and practiced timely communicated. Which honestly, is all I could ask for. That, and receiving answers to my questions. Which he did as well! Most importantly, I would love to use Citywide to buy or sell my home again in the future.

Robert Buchanan: Fast, ethical, efficient Robert Buchanan was thorough, fast, answered all of my questions, was patient and even researched new programs to help me gain access to funding. He spent time to run numbers with me so that I was able to see what I could actually afford, not just on paper, but with my lifestyle. I was very impressed with his ethics, other lenders encouraged cutting corners which would have caused me to get into an unaffordable situation but Mr. Buchanan is honest and straightforward. It was refreshing and easy to work with him.

The Citywide Loan Tracker application showing the status of each key step in the loan process was great and helped relieve the some of the stress customers feel during an unfamiliar process.
