This company does not pay their… This company does not pay their vendors. When you call for past due invoices the loan officer is so offended and whats you to treat her like the money is coming out of her pocket. Apparently there is no managment so they dont return the calls. Next step is court.

When that issue lasted longer then my lock on the interest rate, Reagan worked to extend that lock to buy me some more time to finalize the loan. Excellent Refinance Loan Service Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.
