DISMAL Customer Service Skills I was harrassed by a credit analyst named Wesley Wells who claimed to work for the company, then SCREAMED at me on the phone “HOW COME YOU HAVEN’T DONE THIS YET.” When I responded “thank you for calling, goodbye,” he left a voicemail asking what happened and proceeded to tell me I was “excited” about hearing about these services.

They were professional and the agents were "smiling" on the phone call, is a skill and talent that most people don't have. Gerri is an excellent person to be in… Gerri is an excellent person to be in contact with. She's worked with us from the beginning and hasn't stopped pushing for all those credits to be solved. Her and I get personal and adds to her demeanor. She's compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and outgoing. I enjoy when she calls and time we spend.

This is a very reputable company This is a very reputable company. Very friendly very business orientated. Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden are the absolute best. These ladies are a great access to this company. I liked the fact they were not pushy salespeople. They were very cool calm and collective. These two ladies Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden have a natural spiritual way about them. I have and will continue to tell all my family and friends about my wonderful experience.
