Epic Customer Service! Contacted them because I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the leash. They answered in a timely manner and were super polite and offered to exchange. Would highly recommend them just by that since customer service is a rare commodity today.

This jacket seems well made but is… This jacket seems well made but is paper thin and will not keep our dog warm in any way. This was the most expensive jacket we’ve ever bought for her and unfortunately the most useless in terms of warmth. It’s a pretty colour but that’s really it. My first order was also lost so it took 2 months to receive it and now it’s too cold for her to even wear this one. Customer service was great however and did their best to send out a replacement ASAP.

Snowgirl For my first time ordering from you it was a good experience...shipping was high..I needed a medium and I did change it but sometimes going back and forth the change doesn't stay..I can't use it, so I'm donating it and unfortunately can't buy another..

This was a great company to order from… This was a great company to order from as customer service was prompt and efficient. First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest. Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.
