GBHORRIBLE COMPANY Sizing not accurate. 1 item never arrived. You can’t return until you get a response email giving you the address of where to send it. After 5 emails and a 2-3 weeks still no response. Keep in mind you can’t return after a month…also the one item never shipped and they still charged me for it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Never ordering from them again. Also the 1 out of the 2 items I received was nothing special. They sell animal QR collars on Amazon for cheaper and you can return if it doesn’t fit. Quality is the same. Ordered 1/7/23 it’s now going on 3rd week. Just horrible experience for basic product.

GBFraud alert! I tried to purchase a product earlier this month from Waudog. They charged me, but never sent the product. It is stuck in "label created" status for two weeks and customer service agents will not address this. I will start a fraud complaint tomorrow and encourage you to avoid this company. There are reams of complaints, it seems, and this company regularly neglects to send purchases.

LVDelivery started only after raising an issue on PayPal Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for). The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal. Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).

SIThis is due to the fault of the sender… This is due to the fault of the sender from Ukraine, because he did not provide all my information. Therefore, customs kept the package as suspicious and I had to provide a lot of information and pay a lot of money for the customs clearance process. I expect the product in the next week. Because of your shipping incompetence, I only incur additional costs and am really unhappy.

GBThis was a great company to order from… This was a great company to order from as customer service was prompt and efficient. First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest. Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.
