Misleading advertising Purchased the Glamour collar and leash set for my dog because it was advertised as flourecent, neon pink. It was not. I reached out to customer service and while they have been very kind and professional, no one will except a return/refund for the items I purchased that are still in its original packaging. Not particularly happy. Edit: After a little more communication, Waudog was willing to send a prepaid label and refund the purchase of the collar and leash. I am still out the $10 shipping to initially receive the item. Thanks

The place to buy popular European dog gear I wanted to get a “puller” - a dog training and exercising tool very popular in Europe. I was worried that buying from a European vendor would take a long time to receive, but my puller set came right away!! The website is easy to navigate, prices are fair, and shipping lightning fast.

Waudog is incredible & so are their products Waudog has excellent customer service. Their follow up is like none I’ve ever had before. The quality of their products I have purchased are excellent. Unfortunately I have an active and destructive Lab puppy. One of the many products I purchased fid not survive but Waudog was very prompt in issuing a refund and suggesting another product that might suit my needs. They’re a great company!?

I was extremely pleased with the…customer service I was extremely pleased with the quality of your doggie jacket. Lightweight, well stitched, beautiful. Unfortunately, it was too small. Fortunately, I reached out to customer service. They were prompt and very cordial working with me and assured me they would make an exchange. This was after their requesting measurements to ensure proper fit. I was extremely impressed with their correspondence and fixing my issue.

Delivery started only after raising an issue on PayPal Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for). The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal. Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).
