Misleading advertising Purchased the Glamour collar and leash set for my dog because it was advertised as flourecent, neon pink. It was not. I reached out to customer service and while they have been very kind and professional, no one will except a return/refund for the items I purchased that are still in its original packaging. Not particularly happy. Edit: After a little more communication, Waudog was willing to send a prepaid label and refund the purchase of the collar and leash. I am still out the $10 shipping to initially receive the item. Thanks

I'm happy youth this purchase I'm happy youth this purchase. This lash has a light-reflecting line in the middle, nice to have some additional safety feature. The lock is light-weight and very convenient, suitable for a small dog. The lash in general is a light-weight and nice-looking. Love the sustainability characteristics!

Delivery started only after raising an issue on PayPal Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for). The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal. Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).

I ordered 2 retractable leashes I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out. When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.

Terrible customer service for NOT the most durable leash After my Great Dane puppy chewed through the Evolutor dog leash, waudog would not refund or replace the leash without seeing a picture or the destroyed leash and even then required me to send it back to the company address for a replacement. They charged $13 shipping costs plus a $46 dollar leash and their customer service was terrible. This leash does not hold up to heavy chewing and waudog only reluctantly honors the lifetime warranty. Get a different leash and don’t buy from waudog
