Fortunately, I reached out to customer service. They were prompt and very cordial working with me and assured me they would make an exchange. This was after their requesting measurements to ensure proper fit. I was extremely impressed with their correspondence and fixing my issue.

HORRIBLE COMPANY Sizing not accurate. 1 item never arrived. You can’t return until you get a response email giving you the address of where to send it. After 5 emails and a 2-3 weeks still no response. Keep in mind you can’t return after a month…also the one item never shipped and they still charged me for it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Never ordering from them again. Also the 1 out of the 2 items I received was nothing special. They sell animal QR collars on Amazon for cheaper and you can return if it doesn’t fit. Quality is the same. Ordered 1/7/23 it’s now going on 3rd week. Just horrible experience for basic product.

I ordered 2 retractable leashes I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out. When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.

The lock is light-weight and very convenient, suitable for a small dog. The lash in general is a light-weight and nice-looking. Love the sustainability characteristics!

This was a great company to order from… This was a great company to order from as customer service was prompt and efficient. First time buyer and bought the wrong size vest for my dog- they immediately offered an exchange and it arrived to me probably before they got the return vest. Also learned that this company has a Ukrainian base- it really makes me want to support them at this terrible time.
