We brought Landed to Bellevue several… We brought Landed to Bellevue several years ago to support our educators in a challenging housing market. Little did I know that I would also use Landed for our own house purchase. I am proud of the work we have done with Landed and as a client, I can personally attest to the quality of our partnership!

It sounded too good to be true at… It sounded too good to be true at first. And there were terms and other aspects of homebuying that as first-time homebuyers we didn’t know about. Landed is the best program around for… Landed is the best program around for those of us who want to get into the housing market, but can't do it on our own. Unfortunately with the current inflation situation, we needed to pause our house hunting. I look forward to re-connecting with Landed when the market gets stable again. I strongly recommend this program. I would have given five stars had we been able to make a purchase.

This is an amazing opportunity for… This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.
