Landed is the best program around for… Landed is the best program around for those of us who want to get into the housing market, but can't do it on our own. Unfortunately with the current inflation situation, we needed to pause our house hunting. I look forward to re-connecting with Landed when the market gets stable again. I strongly recommend this program. I would have given five stars had we been able to make a purchase.

It sounded too good to be true at… It sounded too good to be true at first. And there were terms and other aspects of homebuying that as first-time homebuyers we didn’t know about. But our Landed team answered all our questions and made us feel like we weren’t going into the process alone. 10/10 would buy a house through Landed again!

This program doesn’t really make sense… This program doesn’t really make sense to me. There is downpayment assistance, sure, but you have to qualify for the entire loan on your own? If I could qualify for the loan on my own I wouldn’t need downpayment assistance. This isn’t helpful to CSU employees unless they’re dual-income/ married.

We brought Landed to Bellevue several… We brought Landed to Bellevue several years ago to support our educators in a challenging housing market. Little did I know that I would also use Landed for our own house purchase. I am proud of the work we have done with Landed and as a client, I can personally attest to the quality of our partnership!

Landed did a wonderful job connecting… Landed did a wonderful job connecting us with an amazing realtor who helped us find the perfect place for us. They also provided us with important information for buying a house. Even though we did not end up using their downpayment plan, they were still helpful and did not pester us about not using their money.
