Good to work with We tried a lot of affordable housing programs before Landed. They were the ones who actually succeeded in helping us buy a home. There were some snags along the way, like realizing we couldn't buy a home near train tracks. But in the end, they were good to work with and supported us through the process.

The fact that Landed is able to… The fact that Landed is able to contribute up to 15% of the purchase price removes such a big barrier to buying a home. And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too.
