Confused and concerned. I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.

The implementation at our company went… The implementation at our company went smoothly and the two loan offerings are great for our employees. However at the last minute of rolling this out to employees, we found out that two states were not able to participate due to state laws - this was not mentioned during implementation. One state has now opened but the other one is still not available. Wish this had been disclosed earlier in the process. Besides that glitch, the TrueConnect personnel are very friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, so the support provided is great. Overall a nice benefit to offer to our employees.

My experience with True Connect has… My experience with True Connect has been mostly positive including customer service. I'm a little disappointed that the APR isn't adjusted according to your credit. I'm not sure if that's why my employer has put this particular benefit offer on indefinite hold.

When I was down and behind on bills Trueconnect was one call away with a 5 minute approval and the next business day away to get direct deposit money in hand! With the lowest interest and the most payable payment schedule I was able to get caught up on bills fast! Thanks true connect for just not being a loan company but being like family!

Easy application/approval Easy application/approval. Regular balance updates. Consistent and accurate withdrawal times. Would love to reapply when my current loan is paid off, however, I believe TrueConnect no longer works with my employer. I wish they would work with us outside of employer deductions (eg out of personal checking account).
