My experience with True Connect has… My experience with True Connect has been mostly positive including customer service. I'm a little disappointed that the APR isn't adjusted according to your credit. I'm not sure if that's why my employer has put this particular benefit offer on indefinite hold.

I was trying to apply for another loan… I was trying to apply for another loan since I only had $380 balance. I fill out the first page of the application with my general information, I click next got denied without me saying how much I was applying for. I wasn't able to complete the application at all. It said I had insufficient income, thats the reason I got denied. Make more now than, when I apply the first time.
