My experience with True Connect has… My experience with True Connect has been mostly positive including customer service. I'm a little disappointed that the APR isn't adjusted according to your credit. I'm not sure if that's why my employer has put this particular benefit offer on indefinite hold.

The implementation at our company went… The implementation at our company went smoothly and the two loan offerings are great for our employees. However at the last minute of rolling this out to employees, we found out that two states were not able to participate due to state laws - this was not mentioned during implementation. One state has now opened but the other one is still not available. Wish this had been disclosed earlier in the process. Besides that glitch, the TrueConnect personnel are very friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, so the support provided is great. Overall a nice benefit to offer to our employees.

Perfect car repair expense resolution Very easy to request and process the loan once I found the correct link to the site. Loan helped me get through and unanticipated car expense before the holidays and I was able to pay it off early in February once I had received my tax refund. I was pleased with the loan closeout process to. Will definitely use again if in an emergency / short-term loan situation.

Confused and concerned. I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.
