I was trying to apply for another loan… I was trying to apply for another loan since I only had $380 balance. I fill out the first page of the application with my general information, I click next got denied without me saying how much I was applying for. I wasn't able to complete the application at all. It said I had insufficient income, thats the reason I got denied. Make more now than, when I apply the first time.

Overall I would say this company is ok Overall I would say this company is ok, the only glitch is, they don't try to work with to apply for a second loan, while paying on the first one. I found myself in that situation, because I didn't realized that I needed more than what I applied for and I kept getting denied. I even try reaching out to them to let them know that I had an emergency and needed more funds, and still haven't heard back from anyone.

Confused and concerned. I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.
