The implementation at our company went… The implementation at our company went smoothly and the two loan offerings are great for our employees. However at the last minute of rolling this out to employees, we found out that two states were not able to participate due to state laws - this was not mentioned during implementation. One state has now opened but the other one is still not available. Wish this had been disclosed earlier in the process. Besides that glitch, the TrueConnect personnel are very friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, so the support provided is great. Overall a nice benefit to offer to our employees.

Loan helped me get through and unanticipated car expense before the holidays and I was able to pay it off early in February once I had received my tax refund. I was trying to apply for another loan… I was trying to apply for another loan since I only had $380 balance. I fill out the first page of the application with my general information, I click next got denied without me saying how much I was applying for. I wasn't able to complete the application at all. It said I had insufficient income, thats the reason I got denied. Make more now than, when I apply the first time.
