I fell in love with customer service again. I have hated it for years because I feel some people do not have the right fit for the job. But not this one, she was awesome.

Incorrect Tax Forms I have a home improvement loan with them (sold from another servicer). They sent the 1098 in a timely fashion, and I filed. On 04/07, they sent an "ammended" 1098. This was too late to take care of prior to 04/15, and it will cost me money to re-file. They can't even keep track of how much interest I paid. Incompetent.
