GBGreat Customer Service My mortgage was sold to SLS in June of 2022 and I have to say, my experience has been excellent. I had a hiccup with last spring's tax bill that was quickly straightened out with a phone call, and the three other times I reached out to them with questions they have been pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Really give their customer service high marks, especially their escrow and tax agents. I also appreciate that they have agents specific to the issue you are calling about, not just generalists. Their website is very easy to navigate and understand. I have found that the best and quickest way to communicate is via phone. Email inquiries can take a few days for a reply. My calls are answered quickly (I’ve never been on hold more than a minute or two.) One of the best loan servicing experiences I've had.

GBFraudulent Company Fraudulent Company, they are stealing from homeowners. SLS uses PMI as a means by which to steal funds from homeowners, they enforce illegal requirements for PMI removal that violate federal law. Your PMI by law comes off at 78%, do not let them lie to you.

GBSLS is awful SLS is awful. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for a very long time. Then they do not listen to you or answer your questions. They are purposefully evasive and slow. They will play every trick to cause you to misunderstand and possibly miss a payment. If you learn that your loan would be transferred to SLS, shop around. They are a terrible company that does not respect their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

GBMy SLS representative listen and made my anxiety disappear. I was feeling anxious when making this call; and thankfully my SLS representative, Justin, was professional, confident and kind. He did not rush me off the phone or cut me off; and his answers to my questions showed he took the time to actually listen. When I ended the call my anxiety was gone because my representative cared.

GBComerica is not always good, Comerica is always great. I’m working on building a relationship with a Comerica bank in San Antonio as I’ve just moved. Comerica bank employees in Houston helped me contact the right group in the loan department. I use the internet when I can, it has a great user interface Employees have always helped me when I had an issue. The house loan went well. The loan requirements were actually good for me. Comerica made sure I knew what items were being reviewed with the seller. The loan specialist kept me from making a potential mistake.
