GBSLS is awful SLS is awful. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for a very long time. Then they do not listen to you or answer your questions. They are purposefully evasive and slow. They will play every trick to cause you to misunderstand and possibly miss a payment. If you learn that your loan would be transferred to SLS, shop around. They are a terrible company that does not respect their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

GBExcellentService When I was notified by lawyers on Friday that my sale would be closing on Monday, I was sure I wouldn't be ready. But Jordan rose to the occasion and took care of it. I had the payoff statement on Monday morning. Excellent service.

The agent was entirely attentive to my query, and as such, he quickly made the calculations and confirmed what our new monthly payment would be once I paid the escrow shortage in full! Though the wait-time was about 35 minutes, answering my questions only took about 4 minutes.
