No REFUND Ordered something, after waiting for 2 months for it to arrive i canceled my order and asked for a refund. Its been another 2 months and i still have yet to receive my refund. Stay FAR away from this company!

5 star customer service A trustworthy company that guarantees you approval for whatever product you're looking for without a credit check. I've been using luther sales for years and I'm still using them now. A hassle free process with excellent customer service with human beings not robots. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY I submitted my order back in january. after waiting 2 weeks for an update as to when I would receive the product I was told they were short handed and running behind. (Sure weren't short handed enough to not take the money.) After more than a month of only being able to communicate by text (what business does that?) I canceled my order and was to by "Em"doubt that is even her real name. Was told I could expect my refund in 7-10 days. We are now more than 3 weeks out and I still have not seen my refund. Now the communication with them is. "NO UPDATE ON REFUND". Run as far away from this company as possible. truly a con game. I've also noticed with other website reviews, the only reviews they will respond to are the good ones. They ignore everything else.

Worst company ever!!!!! Worst company ever!!!!!! They have taken a significant amount of money out of my pay for over a month waited 2 months total for my order to ship when it clearly stated online and via contract 3-5DAYS!!!! Was even promised gift card for the severe delay still never received order so order was cancelled they promised my money would be returned on month 3 now they still have not returned my money nor will they return my calls emails or messages. I am currently in of pursuing the matter with my attorney!!!!!
