I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023 I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023. it is now almost 3 months later and have not received my order. The item is still offered for sale on the website. If it is out of stock, they should stop providing it for sale. Called many times and have been told to wait. Asking for a refund and getting the run around. I would suggest you do your research before you order anything from Canadian Bullion Suppliers.

My experience with Canadian Bullion has… My experience with Canadian Bullion has been nothing short of amazing. Their prices are the best I’ve seen and their customer service is second to none. I believe I spoke to a young man named Schneur and he was very helpful and patient with me. I don’t think that I can go to another place ever again.

In Stock - Liars. I placed an order for 25x1g gold coins that are "In Stock". I e-transferred the funds and got an order number. After 1 month, I called to ask for an update. They told me that they were swamped and could not get to my order. Another month passed and I called to ask for my order or cancel my order so I can buy from someone else. No response. Another month passed and I was told they would send my order by the end of the week or refund. Another month passed, and at this time the price on their site for the 25x1g gold coins had gone up by $300CAD; also stating they were "In-Stock". So, I asked for them to deliver my coins, or I would sell my order to them for their price on the website. They finally refunded my order without compensating for the 4 month change in gold prices. Unless you want to extend a free loan to this shady company, find a company that doesn't post on their website, "Due to unprecedented order volumes please expect a shipping delay. We thank you for your patience and understanding." This gives them an out to not delivery your goods in a timely manner.

Feels like fraud I made an order in November, but they haven't shipped anything until now, I asked them for a refund, but still nothing. They seem to be making money from my money and I want to report them for the fraud.

Loose Loose liars I ordered 1OZ Gold bar on Feb 7,2024. It was confirmed by them that payment cleared on Feb 9, 2024. After sending once a week email for four weeks without any response started calling them once a week for last 3 weeks and listing to kind voice telling me I will receive shipping email this week and gold by next week, I am still waiting for email or gold bar today on March 31st, 2024. Meanwhile gold price has risen by 10% so I can’t get angry and ask for refund as they will make money on that too. Any suggestions?
