I believe I spoke to a young man named Schneur and he was very helpful and patient with me. I don’t think that I can go to another place ever again.

Extremely Poor Service I've now been ordering from this company for over two years. My first order arrived within 30 days. My second order was over 30 days and more recent orders are taking three months or longer. My inquiries receive a response that my order will be shipped out soon(???) but still a June 2023 has not been received (it's now mid October) and my requested refund has not been received. I am now considering requesting a refund for my September order also. If I have to do this, I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

As of today, all issues have been dealt with by Canadian Bullion and they have explained what had happened. I wish to thank the rep from Canadian Bullion for contacting me , via phone, and clearing up the situation. I also would like to acknowledge Trustpilot for this forum. I have also placed a new order with Canadian Bullion based on their customer service.
