$12,000 spent and nothing to show for it I ordered my second shipment in January (it’s now mid- March), called a couple weeks ago to let them know I am leaving the country in April and need my order asap. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me, they haven’t. The worst part is I recommended these guys to my mother-in-law, who also ordered at the same time and hasn’t received anything. Collectively, we have paid them almost $12,000 and we have nothing to show for it. Very disappointing.

Great experience; will buy again. Wanted to make a substantial, five-figure purchase and did my research. When I was ready I pulled the trigger with Canadian Bullion. I had many questions, and they were answered quickly and accurately. I think that's what got my trust. I was not disappointed. Anxious somewhat along the way because there was a natural delay that I wasn't anticipating, but not disappointed. Hooray to Zalman!!! (with thanks)

I feel like its only fair ti follow up… I feel like its only fair ti follow up my review from the last one, after several phone calls and threatening emails I finally received my order. However after still reading reviews if clients not receiving their order since November. I will go buy local in person next time .

After writing a poor review of Canadian… After writing a poor review of Canadian Bullion, I was contacted by a rep. They assured me they would clear up any issues I had with my order. As of today, all issues have been dealt with by Canadian Bullion and they have explained what had happened. I wish to thank the rep from Canadian Bullion for contacting me , via phone, and clearing up the situation. I also would like to acknowledge Trustpilot for this forum. I have also placed a new order with Canadian Bullion based on their customer service.
