Underhanded and Deceitful! I used Tiffany McCall a loan officer for Mortgage Solutions in the past when one of my clients contacted me wanting to sell her house and purchase another. Since Tiffany was used on her first transaction I contacted her to have my client get prequalified for another home purchase. The next thing I know Tiffany gave my client to her boyfriend that is a real estate broker to sell her house and find her another house. I contacted her manager and they did NOTHING! They promised to provide a qualified buyer to me but they have NOT done so!

He was attentive to our needs and extremely clear as he guided us through the process. David worked hard to meet and exceed our expectations, even answering our calls late into the evening. Another thing we appreciated so much was his weekly video updates, our transaction was handled electronically, so putting a face to the name was a nice touch! From the pre-approval to the day of closing (which he worked to get it done 2 days early) felt almost seamless. We highly recommend David (& his assistant Alex) for your mortgage needs & feel blessed to have worked with him on our home buying experience!

Mortgage Solutions Raleigh NC........Dee Hughes......... Recently had the pleasure of buying my 5th home. My contact Dee Hughes of Mortgage Solutions in Raleigh North Carolina was exceptional! This was the easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced. His knowledge and expertise in processing veteran loans was commendable. His assistant Melvis was also very helpful. Contact on the weekends and after business hours was never a problem although I tried not to abuse the contact. I would give the company 5 stars but there is always room for improvement 😇.
