This company is horrible This company is horrible! We got dragged along for almost 2 months trying to refinance with them, as I’m explaining we’re in dire need of help. I had to call back multiple times just to get answers after being told they would call back. Long story short they have no idea what’s going on amongst them selves and are not willing to help longtime customers in anyway.

Scammers need to be stopped Like all the others I like to give a zero rating. We’ve been working on a loan since July 31, 2023 it’s now November and guess what no loan we’ve paid 800 for a home appraisal and numerous renovations that’s cost thousands. I’m guessing the upfront appraisal money is the scam they’re pulling on everyone and I’m sure most people won’t take the time to write a review about it and mark it up as a loss. I for one am sick and tired of being taken advantage of by such scum bags feeding off hard earned money. I’m not done I’ll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as well. This needs to be stopped.

He was attentive to our needs and extremely clear as he guided us through the process. David worked hard to meet and exceed our expectations, even answering our calls late into the evening. Another thing we appreciated so much was his weekly video updates, our transaction was handled electronically, so putting a face to the name was a nice touch!
