FRAUD I have received a monthly email since Jan 2023 indicating that 'my monthly statement' is ready. I did not open an account with them and have reported it to them numerous times. They will NOT give me any information without my 16 digit card number.. which I obviously do not have. My call yesterday, I did ended up confirming my email address and last 4 of social... then was placed on a long hold... leary, I hung up. There are no replies to the support email I have found. Just wanted this public knowledge for others.

The scam bank I thought when I opened the account I was coming to a financial platform that was a better alternative to the big banks. However, I have found them to be more heartless than the big banks. I’m dealing with a death in the family and deposited a check from my church and they placed a seven day hold on it. Once I called customer service they told me your funds will be available in another 4 business days and there is nothing we can do! THANKS GREENWOOD !

Greenwood is an amazing banking… Greenwood is an amazing banking institution. I have been impressed with the commitment to change as a mission. Also the customer service is amazing as well. The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

There is no mobile check deposit There is no mobile check deposit, a must for any virtual/digital banking platform. It’s exclusion is baffling. Maybe it’s the software developer in me, but not having an obvious way to log into your account from the main website is bizarre and a weird thing not to have in 2022. I make websites and apps for a living, this is a basic feature when you have users. I’d love to see our accounts earn interest, though in this economical climate it would be an underwhelming rate anyway and this platform is still getting settled in. That’s it, everything else is really really awesome!

Greenwood has been a great experience… Greenwood has been a great experience for me. I received not just a plastic card but a metal card. Set up my account and app loaded my first deposit and it has been seamless. I have contacted customer service a few times and they were very pleasant and helped me right away.
