Just fed up with this company, my credit has dropped 100 points since I signed the contract, all my creditors that are on the program balances due are now 3-400$ higher than they were. My credit score is worse than it ever was, I have paid this company over $1500 and nothing has been done to pay the creditors. When I have received a call from 321, they just say stuff, but still nothing is done and I am truly unsatisfied with this company. Unfortunately there is a contract and they got me so far in debt now I will never be able to climb out of it.

I have received no information about… I have received no information about the lawsuit. What should we do?

URGENT! URGENT!! Please go onthe FTC website regarding HAG. I have been a customer for almost three years. I cannot believe this!! I am at a Loss. The company is being investigated by the FTC and the state of Florida.

Going No Where I have been paying them to take care of my debt and it is not improving my credit at all, it has actually gone down almost 100 points since I have been with them. I am so ready to leave this company. Also I spent over an hour on the phone going in circles and was getting really irritated because of how I was talked too.
