Nice people. Lousy Service. Still waiting. I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

My Pet Prints Car Decals Everyone who sees this decal on my car thinks it’s the coolest thing ever! I’m very proud of it, and I’ve already recommended Mypetprints to some of my friends and family! Needless to say they are pretty jealous of my decal😉 The print itself came out even better than I expected it to! Every pet owner should have their furbabies displayed for the whole world to see. I even purchased another decal of my other dog, so now I have a decal on both sides of my car! Incredible! I ordered 2 blankets with photos of 2 different pets, both of whom have passed away. Our entire family was completely moved to tears and so blown away by not only the likeness but the fact that their sweet personalities and sparkling eyes were captured as well. Hands down our most treasured items. Thank you pet prints.

Happy with my product Happy with my product. It's a car decal. Although it got delivered late because for some reason it was rerouted when it was almost here. Never got an explanation why and tried to contact the company when it happened and got no response what so ever. But it did eventually arrive and I'm happy with it.

Ordered beginning of November Ordered beginning of November; it is now December 27th, and my product is in Indianapolis (I live in maine). Their website advertised Christmas shipping and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. I’m happy I had so many other presents for him, but considering this was of his cat that went missing, it could’ve easily been a main present. Don’t order from here, and if you do, give yourself at least 2 months.
