improve Communication for 4 stars Good artwork and blankets just needs better communication. I never received an email saying my artwork was ready for me to approve until I emailed them. I also didn’t receive an email tell me that it had shipped. I found out through downloading the Arrive app which told me that it was shipped 4 days ago. They also didn’t have tracking Edit: currently at the end of them projected shipping of 3-5 days. Shipped on DEC 9th and it’s now 16th. Edit 2: I finally received my package on Dec 20th. almost a week after they said it should arrive. Edit 3:at 11:23am on Dec 23rd i finally got an email from them stating that my order had been shipped. The email was sent 2 weeks after the order was actually sent and 3 days after it actually arrived.

My Pet Prints Car Decals Everyone who sees this decal on my car thinks it’s the coolest thing ever! I’m very proud of it, and I’ve already recommended Mypetprints to some of my friends and family! Needless to say they are pretty jealous of my decal😉 The print itself came out even better than I expected it to! Every pet owner should have their furbabies displayed for the whole world to see. I even purchased another decal of my other dog, so now I have a decal on both sides of my car! Love this company and the work they do! I recently found My Pet Prints and started with one order - a pillow with my dog's picture, It arrived on time, as promised. I was a little nervous as I took it out of the package. But, WOW, I couldn't have been happier. The quality of the pillow was perfect, and the artwork is fantastic. The best word to describe it is BEATIFU! I have since ordered stickers, a decal, a coffee cup and another pillow. Every item exceeds my expectation. I would recommend My Pet Prints without hesitation -- oh! I will be ordering more

Ordered beginning of November Ordered beginning of November; it is now December 27th, and my product is in Indianapolis (I live in maine). Their website advertised Christmas shipping and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. I’m happy I had so many other presents for him, but considering this was of his cat that went missing, it could’ve easily been a main present. Don’t order from here, and if you do, give yourself at least 2 months.

Too good to be true! Stay away! Awful customer service, order was placed a month ago and still hasn’t arrived and they have ignored numerous emails. Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.
