If I could of gave o stars I would If I could of gave o stars I would! I'm VERY dissatisfied! I recieved a message after applying saying I was approved and I also received a voicemail stating I was approved. I signed the loan papers and everything. So when I got the call they told me I was denied. I have had pay day loans and all have been paid ON TIME! They will not give me a reason I was denied after I WAS APPROVED I even sent them the screenshot I took of the approval. Do not go through these UNPROFESSIONAL people! There are better places such as Dave, Bridget, and Possible finance.

If I could give this company a zero I… If I could give this company a zero I definitely would do that. I applied for a loan was approved received a welcome letter and also the signed agreement that showed my loan number and payment schedule. Next day there was nothing deposited into my checking account. When I called them to request the status they said that my loan wasn’t approved which was confusing since I have received all the other documentation saying that I was approved. Lastly, no communication was made on their part to let me know that they were breaching the agreement and not holding up to their responsibility. So, I tried to speak to a manager however they would not accept my call so if this is how they do business then I do not want to be one of their customers and I would advice anyone else to not use them for loan services.

Given that I have been an excellent customer and have already paid off 2 loans with no problems; and having requested another loan was told that my loan was denied. I have received no excuse as to why I have been denied. I would call this very poor business practice and the way you treat good returning customers by denying my application. I love their flexable loan pay back… I love their flexable loan pay back they offer. I have been a long time borrower and not once has there been any complications. Customer service is the best, loan intreast are low and totally due able. This company does want to help you vs sinking you, like other loaners do. I highly recommend CAT. Rebecca Zarate.
