Cash America Today portrays themselves… Cash America Today portrays themselves as an online DIRECT lender. However, after entering your personal information, they direct you to a site where you must signup for Credit Sesame in order to complete the application process. Once you sign up for the service, you have membership with Credit Sesame and given a list of additional lenders to apply for a loan with. A total waste of time.

I am giving you a bad review I am giving you a bad review. As I am extremely upset with your treatment of me. Given that I have been an excellent customer and have already paid off 2 loans with no problems; and having requested another loan was told that my loan was denied. I have received no excuse as to why I have been denied. I would call this very poor business practice and the way you treat good returning customers by denying my application. I am telling people not to come to you Lauren Baker

Quick approval Quick approval, I had a couple of questions on the loan before I accepted it. I had no problem getting ahold of someone to discuss this. They gave me a call to verify my payment options so there was no miscommunication. When I wanted to pay off early had no issue getting in touch with them. Great experience

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I PAID OFF MY 3RD LOAN WITH CASHAMERICATODAY EARLY. MY DUE DATE WASN'T UNTIL NOVEMBER 2020. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I SPOKE TO DAVID FIRST WHO EXPLAINED THAT I COULD PAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD TO AVOID A 3 BUSINESS DAY DELAY TO RE APPLY. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO JOSHUA WHO WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AS WELL AS OFFERED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I DID NOT THINK TO INQUIRE ABOUT. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK VERY LITTLE TIME YET HE COVERED EVERYTHING I NEEDED FROM START TO FINISH. I HOPE HE IS RECOGNIZED AND APPRECIATED FOR HIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible service Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. And the employee Jason (I’m sure that’s not his real name) was not any help at all. He said I was approved then he said I wasn’t approved. And from the looks at the other reviews this happens all the time with this place. Never referring this place to anyone
