Given that I have been an excellent customer and have already paid off 2 loans with no problems; and having requested another loan was told that my loan was denied. I have received no excuse as to why I have been denied. I would call this very poor business practice and the way you treat good returning customers by denying my application. I got the loan and I had used them… I got the loan and I had used them before but their annual rate has skyrocketed.It is now 333.9017percent So I borrowed 200 dollars and I am paying payments that amount to 399.00 in interest for 12 payments. So all total of paying back 599.00 dollars. Will pay the amount off in one payment of 260.00 dollars so I don't have installment payments. Be careful if u use them Try to just use them for 1 month.

Help In A Time Of Need I have taken out to payday loans with Cash America and each and every time the staff was very professional very thorough and explaining the terms of each loan. But when the coronavirus started to escalate I was unable to make one of my monthly payments. I wasn't ridiculed but I was helped. They deferred my payment for 30 days! Praise God I got my stimulus check and was able to pay the entire loan off! Cash America is one of the first payday loan companies that I have dealt with that deals with his customers with respect courtesy and honesty! The process is quick and easy. Thank you very much Cash America for being there for me when I was in Dire Straits

I will give it no stars I will give it no stars, but they won’t let that happen. I have to at least punch in one star just to give a review anyway I would not do this ever again with this company. Their loans I was told that there would be a $90 fee and a $300 loan . I asked the representative with biscuit and he told me yes that would be it and it would be paid off .Instead they never told me about finance fees. this is to extend the loan longer and longer making you pay more than double what the $300 loan was.I advise anyone that’s trying to get a loan with this company not to ever try,not worth it. Total Ripoff. Don’t watch the guy on YouTube. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about.just Paid it off $308 after 3months I Paid $313 in interest. I would still be paying on a $300 loan into 2025 which would have quadruple the interest just for $300.

Horrible service Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. And the employee Jason (I’m sure that’s not his real name) was not any help at all. He said I was approved then he said I wasn’t approved. And from the looks at the other reviews this happens all the time with this place. Never referring this place to anyone
