Went through the process and found I… Went through the process and found I was preapproved for $4,000 though I did not need but $3,000. Problem was the payments were over $500 for 12 months, More than I could handle and I would eventually pay back over twice what I borrowed. I find that extremely high when they have my car title for collateral. I can go to any on line loan company and do the same without using my car title.

I was originally approved for $5,000.00… I was originally approved for $5,000.00 but then the next day they still needed more documents and lowered to $2700.00. I was set up for weekly payments, but they made a mistake and did a bi-weekly payment. It took me two days to get resolved. They did refund back the portion that was not supposed to be taken out. I believe it should be handled in a more thorough manner and definitely keep their word on the promised amount that was originally quoted to me. Mark and Kathy Farmer

Title Loan Fast was there when I really…needed them most Title Loan Fast was there when I really needed them. Got my money within 24 hours once loan was approved. Customer Service is really easy to talk too and if you have to leave a voicemail, which is rare during business hours, they respond to you quickly that day. They don't fund on weekends so keep that in mind and they process your payment on Thursday night/Friday morning @ 12AM. If you get paid direct deposit then that time shouldn't bother you. For me, who has to deposit my paycheck on Fridays this was difficult for me occasionally. If you contact them a couple days in advance though they really do work with you the best they can. All in all a good company that I recommend
